MALCOLM G. DORI

On Sunday, June 1, 2008 our beloved Malcolm G. Dori went home to be with the Lord.  He was born August 12, 1985, the eldest son of two children born to Girmachew and Grace Dori in Chicago Illinois.  He graduated from First Colonial High School in Virginia Beach and attended the colleges of Westwood and DeVry Institute in Illinois.

Malcolm accepted Christ in his beginning high school years and became a member of Freedom Fellowship Church of God.  As a young Christian he developed musical interests through Freedom youth group programs.  He developed a passion  to become a missionary and began his journey witnessing in Tanzania, Africa.  Malcolm worked as a prayer counselor for the Christian Broadcasting Network, ministering, healing and glorifying God.  Steadily moving toward his destiny, he became a member of the New St. Mark Church of God in Christ and progressed to serve as the pastoral Armor Bearer.
